I’m Keyna — an intuitive guide, graphic designer, and someone who has spent years working closely with people through deeply personal experiences.

Before this work evolved into what it is today, I spent time as a psychic medium. That chapter taught me how to truly listen, hold space, and tune into what sits beneath the surface. But over time, I realised my real work wasn’t about prediction — it was about supporting people through real, human life challenges.

Now, I work primarily with women (and sometimes men) navigating some of the most emotionally intense seasons of life… heartbreak, separation, divorce, custody stress, manipulation, abuse recovery, grief, and major life transitions.

I know how disorienting it can feel when life changes shape beneath you.

When relationships break down.
When conflict follows you home.
When your identity feels stretched thin.
Or when you’ve spent so long surviving that you’ve lost touch with what you actually need.

My work is grounded, compassionate, and honest.

I create a space where you can unpack what you’re carrying, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you feel supported, clear, and stronger in yourself.

In our sessions, I bring presence, intuition, reflection, and real conversation.

I’ll hold space gently — but I’ll also help you get honest about what needs to shift, so you can actually move forward.

Because insight without action keeps you stuck.
And you’re not here to stay stuck.

Alongside this work, I’ve also studied trauma-informed counselling and spent time working in aged care — including in-home support, high-care environments, and with clients living with dementia.

These experiences deeply shaped how I show up.
They taught me patience, emotional sensitivity, and how to support people through vulnerability, confusion, grief, and change — not just in theory, but in real life.

With a background in structured communication through Trinity College London, I bring a calm, clear, and grounded approach to every session — helping you find your voice, process what’s happening, and navigate it in a way that feels aligned with who you are.

If you’re in a season of heartbreak, rebuilding, or emotional overwhelm…
you don’t have to carry it alone.

This space is yours.

And to me, this isn’t just work —
it’s real support, for real life.
