I support women (and sometimes men) through some of the most emotionally challenging seasons of life… heartbreak, separation, divorce, custody stress, manipulation recovery, abuse recovery, grief, and major life transitions.
My work is grounded, compassionate, and honest. I create space for women to unpack what they are carrying, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.
I know how disorienting it can feel when life changes shape beneath you. When relationships break down, when conflict follows you home, when your identity has been stretched thin, or when you have spent so long surviving that you have lost touch with what you need.
My approach is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel supported, clear, and stronger in yourself.
I bring presence, intuition, reflection, and real conversation to this work. I will hold space gently, but I will also help you get honest about what needs to shift so you can move forward.
